Terms and Conditions
Seha app application aims to provide users with a unique and easy shopping experience. Therefore, we have established terms and conditions that you can fully benefit from by reading them carefully before using the application.
Terms of Use:
First: Terms and conditions of return and refund:
1- Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2- The products must be in the same original condition and not used.
3- The product must be in its original packaging.
4- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) must be provided.
5- Products that require refrigeration cannot be returned or exchanged.
6- In accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines, products that require a stable temperature (baby milk, baby food, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
7- Health and beauty products (personal hygiene devices, oral care devices, etc.) can be returned in accordance with public health laws, except in cases of manufacturing defects, within 7 days.
8- Products subject to offers cannot be exchanged or returned except during the offer period and within 14 days of the date of purchase.
9- Please keep the pharmacy barcode on the product and do not remove it.
10- The customer has the full right to refuse to receive any product if it is damaged or does not match what was ordered through the application.
11- In case of complaints or inquiries, please contact customer service directly.
12- The amount due for the product will be refunded upon return of the product in the same condition as received by the customer.
Refund policy:
• Upon receiving the returned product, we verify the product and attach the receipt.
• If the returned product is accepted, the amount will be refunded in the same way it was paid. If paid by credit card, the amount will be returned to the account within a certain number of days according to the policies of the card issuer. The duration typically ranges from 3 business days to 21 days.
Shipping Policy:
• In the case of product returns, shipping costs cannot be refunded and the shipping cost for returning the product will be deducted from the refund amount.
Accessing and using the Seha App:
For the best possible experience, we periodically update the app. During these updates, you may experience occasional app downtime.
Content of the Seha App:
• The app is updated regularly, but please note that the content may become outdated at any time. While we make every effort to update the information in the Seha App, we do not provide any representations or warranties that the content is 100% accurate or complete.
• All rights, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights in any data on the app or any part of the app provided by us or our customers or any third party, such as shopping lists or favorite items (data), shall automatically be owned by the Seha App.
• Our customers agree that they are not allowed to use the data or allow any third party to use it without our explicit permission.
Registration terms:
• The user must be 16 years old or older to be able to purchase products, and the application has the right to cancel the account of any member who is under 16 years old without prior notice and with the commitment to settle their outstanding accounts immediately upon account closure.
• The user must provide a clear address to receive the products.
• The user must comply with all applicable laws for electronic commerce (commerce via the internet).
• No customer is allowed to use the same email or phone number to open more than one account, and the application has the right to freeze or close all operations related to the account without any liability on the application.
Customer obligations
Your use of the application implies your agreement to the following:
1- Maintaining privacy and restricting access to your account.
2- Bearing responsibility for all activities carried out under your account.
3- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of secure use of the application.
4- Providing complete and truthful information about yourself and the services.
5- Cooperating with us in case of requests for additional information when using our services.
Price Changes:
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
Order Acceptance
According to our own estimation, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason. Some of the main reasons for order cancellation or rejection are:
• Quantity restrictions
• Pricing errors and inaccuracies
• Issues related to current product availability or fraud
• Need for confirmation or additional information before accepting the order
• Communication will be made in case of cancelling the order in whole or in part or if additional information is required to accept the order.
• In case of order cancellation after deducting the fees from your credit/debit card, the mentioned amount will be refunded back to your credit/debit card account or credit may be added to the application as per the prevailing procedures.
• The delivery period of the order may vary depending on your address and the availability of the required items in the nearest branch to you. If a longer period than expected is required, you will be contacted to inform you of the delivery date.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their presence at the time of delivery of the orders.
Delivery Policy:
The Sehha app is available to serve you throughout the week, and the cost of delivery may vary from one province to another and from one residential area to another.
Payment Policy:
Payment is made in cash upon receipt of the order.
Submitting feedback and comments
Seha App is pleased to receive your feedback and comments, as long as they comply with the general rules, are realistic, and refrain from making any racist comments, using abusive language, insulting other users, or disrespecting other cultures.
Amended Terms and Conditions:
• We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the application at any time without any prior notice to our customers.
• You can access the latest version of the terms and conditions at any time on the application.
